Steve Davies - Assistant Coach / Squad Link Lead
Having swum competitively for Luton & Vauxhall Swimming Club in his early years, Steve decided to take a 25 year break before being re-introduced in 2004 when his son, Hayden, took up the sport. Steve started to help on poolside almost immediately, and quickly completed the L1 & 2 Coaching/Teaching courses. Having supported a few coaches who came and went over the next 8 years, in January 2012 Steve was appointed Head Coach of Flitwick Dolphins Swimming Club, and enjoyed this role until 2015. During this time Steve undertook the L3 Coaching course. Having stepped down from his role at FDSC he is currently the lead coach for the CBSS Squad Link Programme.
